INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS

• Registration will be on 11th September from 2 p.m up to 6 p.m in the school. Schools are requested to register on 11th itself.
• Documents / proof to be submitted at the time of registration should be carried by the participating team.
• Kindly send an email indicating the mode of transport , whether pick up is needed ( Pick up points – Ernakulam North Railway station / Ernakulam South Railway Station/ KSRTC Bus stand), Number of boys and girls participating ( separately ) ,number of accompanying teachers (Male and female) a 2018 at 6.30 p.m. It is mandatory that the team managers (out station and local) should attend the meeting.
•  Fixtures will be drawn only for the schools whose team mangers attend the meeting.
•  Inaugural function will be held on 12th September 2018 at 8.30 a.m in the school premises.
•  All participating schools should assemble for the March past at 8.30 a.m on 12th September 2018.
