9th International Day of Yoga observed at Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir Elamakkara
Spreading awareness about the benefits of Yoga, which embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action and harmony between man and nature, Bhavan's Vidya Mandir Elamakkara observed the 9th International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2023. The chief guest of the day Dr.
Poornathrayee Jayaprakash Sharma, a musician and yoga instructor addressed the students in the morning assembly. Agraja of class XI delivered a speech in the assembly. A Yoga display by the students and a special Yoga session for teachers were organized. Shalini Rakesh, Life Skill Trainer addressed the students of class XI in the auditorium.
