7^thInternational Yoga Day observed

Spreading the message of enhancing self-care through yoga during the pandemic, Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara observed the 7th International Yoga Day on 21 June 2021 virtually. The highlight of the day - a mega yoga session by Ms Suseela Gopinath , (Yoga Teacher) for the students and parents fraternity of classes IX-XII - was conducted live through the Zoom platform.

A special video on yoga was shown in classes I to VIII, in which the students performed various asanas under the instructions of the yoga teacher. The events helped to bring awareness about the importance of Yoga in the present world scenario.
