World Environment Day celebrated at Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara 

To sensitize the students about the degrading environmental conditions and to encourage them to take positive environmental actions, Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara celebrated World Environment Day on 6th June. Dr. C N Manoj, environmentalist and founder of Pelican Kenterra Pvt. Ltd. was the chief guest of the day. He addressed the students in the morning assembly. The organization '33 Holdings'  distributed saplings to the chief guest, Principal, Vice Principal and a memberof the Seed club. Mr Jobi Joseph from 33 Holdings delivered the speech of appreciation. The saplings were planted in the school campus. After the morning assembly, "Vriksha Pooja' was held in front of the Principal's room. In connection with the celebrations, a Carbon Neutral Programme was also launched.
