Disha- 3 Day All India Conference for Science Teachers inaugurated
DISHA 2022, the All India Conference for science teachers organized by Bhavan’s Research and Development Centre in association with Azim Premji University, Bangalore for teachers of Bhavan’s Schools across India and the Middle East commenced at Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara on 13 October 2022 . Dr Annapurni Subramaniam, Director Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore inaugurated the conference. C A Venugopal C Govind , Chairman, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kochi Kendra presided over the conference.
Dr Ambat Vijayakumar, Kendra Committee Member, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kochi Kendra and Ms Nimrat Kaur, Faculty member at the Continuing Education and University Resource Centre, Azim Premji University offered felicitations.
Shri E Ramankutty, Director, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kochi Kendra, graced the occasion with his presence. Smt Jaya Jacob, Coordinator, Bhavan’s Research Centre welcomed the august gathering.
