Ujjwalabalyam Award 2021
KRISHNAA SOMANATH BHAT (VI) has won the Ujjwalabalyam Award 2021, given by the Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of Kerala, under the age group of 6-11 in the General Category. Three students from Ernakulam district have been awarded the 'Ujjwala Balyam Puraskaram' given by the Women and Child Development Department at the state level to encourage children who show exceptional talent in different fields. Minister for Health and Family Welfare Smt Veena George presented the award on November 14 at 4 pm at Palayam Ayyankali Hall.
One of the reasons why the brilliance of 'Ujjwalabalyam Puraskaram' reached Krishna Somnath Bhatt was the difference in the way the story 'Ganapati Anathalayan' was presented .
She has proved her prowess in all kinds of arts, be it reciting poetry, dancing or story telling. It was Krishna herself who made the doll for puppet play using thermocol and other materials, painted it and made it beautiful.
