CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION
‘Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace to people of goodwill’.
As we enter the final month of the year, the air is apparently upbeat with new hopes and new resolutions. It is the beginning of the joyous season when family and friends come together, decorate trees, exchange gifts and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas spreads the message of joy and happiness for everyone in the Universe. Christmas is a season that fills our homes with joy, our hearts with love and our lives with laughter.
The Christmas celebrations of Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara was held on 23 December 2022. In the special morning assembly, Annie Josephine Phenol of Class IX welcomed the gathering. The celebration commenced with the sacred scripture reading from the Holy Bible by Angelina Bino of Class XI. The chief guest of the day, Rev. Fr. Shanu Moonjely, St. Antony's Church, Thanikkal nourished the heart and soul of the audience with the Christmas day message. The students of the school presented a tableau depicting the birth of Jesus Christ. The vibes of Christmas carols were best brought out by the school choir . Everyone present stepped to the tune as they watched the ebullient dance performance of the students and the 'Santas'.
